How do I contact an instructor for help?
If you have a question or just need some extra help with a course, lesson, or exercise, then you're in the right place. We always suggest checking our FAQ first to see if the answer is included here.
If you aren't able to find the answer to your question in the FAQ, then stop by the Community. Using the search, you can see if your question has already been asked and answered, and if not, you can ask the question yourself.
After that, or if you have a more specific question on a course, lesson, or exercise, our instructors are available for help. To ask for their help, all you have to do is submit a ticket.
To Submit a Ticket:
- Click the Support button at the top of the LinuxAcademy.com page.
- Select Submit a Request.
- Choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu and fill out the subject and description with your question. Please try to be as detailed as possible.
Our Support Staff will be happy to help and/or pass you along to the course instructor for further explanation and assistance!
