A Video is Buffering Constantly
Our streaming platform utilizes a global CDN to deliver content. Depending on your geographic location, internet provider, and current bandwidth, video quality can vary from person to person.
Bitrate switching is enabled on the videos, which means the streaming service will deliver the "best quality" video that it sees your bandwidth can currently accept.
Things such as routing issues on your internet provider can also temporarily cause buffering issues. You can choose your own video quality by selecting "HD" on the video player and selecting the quality. Please note that this will produce varied results (buffering time and video resolution) based on your current internet speed, usage, and quality chosen.
You can also try the steps listed here to see if the problem can be resolved.
