Can I change my username?

We currently do not have an automated method for users to change their username. However, we can update your username for you.

Use the support button at the top of every page (or email to submit a ticket with your request. Please be sure to include both your current username and the new one you would like.

Once we receive your request, we will check to make sure that the requested username is available, and, if it is, make the change for you. If the username is not available, we will work with you to find an alternative.
