If I remove a member from my team, can I add them back later?
If someone on your team is done training and will not need access for an extended period of time, you can remove them from the team and reassign their license to another person. Once you do this, however, as stated in our Terms of Service, the user will have to wait 90 days before they can be reinvited back to your organization.
After 90 days, the removed user can be added back to your organization and given a new license.
If they need access to Linux Academy, and it hasn't been over 90 days since they were removed from your organization, please email your dedicated Customer Success Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org with their email address and the reason for their removal and why they were removed and need to be re-invited. Depending on the situation, we may be able to reinstate their license, though most will have to wait for the 90 days to expire.
