Can I convert to/from a personal account to/from a for business account?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to help with this. If you have an existing account and you're joining a business account, just have your org admin reach out to our team support department requesting to have your account added to their team. They can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org!
If you are leaving a business account and would like to take your progress with you, our support team can help you out! While we cannot transfer progress from one account to another, we can convert your business account back to a personal account.
