How do I view my current/past tickets?
When you submit a ticket to our Support team, you're not locked in to only respond via email. You can also reply with our Support site!
Here's how you can view your open tickets:
- Sign-in to https://support.linuxacademy.com Note: You may need to click 'sign in' even if you're already signed in to the main Linux Academy site.
- Click on "My Activities"
- Click on the subject of your open ticket
