How do I view my current/past tickets?

When you submit a ticket to our Support team, you're not locked in to only respond via email. You can also reply with our Support site!


Here's how you can view your open tickets:


  1. Sign-in to 
  2. Note: You may need to click 'sign in' even if you're already signed in to the main Linux Academy site.
  3. Click on "My Activities"
  4. Click on the subject of your open ticket
