Team Management - Managing Your Users

Video Walkthrough

Inviting / Adding Users to a Team

There are a couple of ways to add new users to a team:

  • On the Team Management screen, you can simply click on + Invite Members:
    1.  You will be presented with a pop-up page to add users.  You can choose to add an Organizational Administrator or to add Team Members.  Then you are prompted to select the Team that you want to add members. The next option is to provide email addresses that you want to send the invitations.
    2. Add each email address on a separate line or separated by a semi-colon.  You can also copy and paste these email addresses out of an Excel file.
    3. Click Send Invite to send the invitations.
    4. You can also use this option to add existing users to multiple teams.

  • If you prefer to send an email yourself, you can send a link to your users to sign up:
    1. Simply click on the Team Management screen and scroll down until you see a list of the teams that are on the site.
    2. Choose a team by selecting the Pencil/Edit button to the right of the team name.  This will present you with information about the team you selected.
    3. In the middle of the screen, there is a link that you can copy and paste into an email of your own.
