Can I sign-up for more than one personal account with the same payment method?
Due to security measures within our payment processing, we currently do not accept the same debit or credit card for multiple accounts while in the 7-day trial period. Once the trial period has ended however, this restriction is lifted and a new account can be created.
The trial period will automatically end 7 days after signing up, but you can also manually end your trial period at any time by navigating to your billing settings and selecting your plan again. Doing so will end the trial period. If needed, our Support team can also manually end the trial period for you as well.
We also offer team accounts, where multiple licenses can be purchased and billing is consolidated to one admin account. Licenses can also be reassigned to different users, should each user only need access for a limited time.
